Day 1:Kathmandu to Soti Khola(700m, 8/9 hours)
Early morning bus ride from Kathmandu, and drive 8/9 hours to Soti Khola via Dhading Besi and Arughat. It is a scenic drive.
Day 2:Soti Khola to Machha Khola(870m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours following up Budhi Gandaki River through Sal forests, rice terraces and rocky hill.
Day 3:Machhakhola to Jagat(2340m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and hike of 6/7 hours on some ups and downs through Khorlabesi, Tatopani, Dovan and Yaru to Jagat.
Day 4:Jagat to Lokpa (1980m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours on rocky ridge trail passing the small village of Salleri, Sirdibas, Ghatta Khola, Philim and Chisopani.
Day 5:Lokpa to Chum ling(2386 m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and trek up of 6/7 hours through forest of pine, rhododendron enjoying view of Himalchuli and Boudha Himal to Chumling crossing Siyar Khola. Chumling is nice village you can see a good view of Shringi Himal.
Day 6:Chumling to Chhekampar(3010 m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and trek up of 6/7 hours enjoying a great views of Ganesh Himal and Himalchuli via Gho and Rainjam settlement.
Day 7:Chhekampar to Nile(3360 m, 5/6 hours)
Breakfast and easy trek of 5/6 hours to Nile via Lamagaun visiting Milerepa cave and explore Mu Gompa in the afternoon.
Day 8:Nile to Chumling(2386 m, 6/7 hours)
Breakfast and trek down of 6/7 hours via Rachen Gompa visit, the biggest nunnery monastery.
Day 9:Chumling to Deng(1,804 m, 21 km)
Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours downhill and uphill trekking.
Day 10:Deng to Namrung(2,630m, 20km)
Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours uphill long the bank of Budhi Gandaki River. You will reach Namrung and Overnight at lodge or Tea house.
Day 11:Namrung to Syala(3290m, 12km)
Breakfast and trekking of 5/6 hours via Lho with enjoying the first maassive view of Mount Manaslu.
Day 12:Syala to Samagaun(3500m, 15km) via Pungen Gompa
Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours via Pungen Gompa
Day 13:In Sama gaun – explore Manalsu Base Camp.
On this day you will explore the day on Manaslu Base Camp. You can view great Himalaya Manaslu with other surrounding peak.
Day 14:Samagaun to Samdo(3910 m, 12km)
Breakfast and a short trek of 3/4 hours to Samdo.
Day 15:In Samdo – Explore Tibet border
Breakfast and exploration hike to Tibet border.
Day 16:Samdo to Dharamsala(4,460 m, 13 km, 3/4 hours)
Breakfast and a short trek of 3/4 hours to Dharamsala, the Larkya Phedi.
Day 17:Dharamsala to Bimthang(3,700m, 30km) via Larkya Pass (5130 m)
Breakfast and trek of 8/9 hours to Bimthang crossing Larkya La pass.
Day 18:Bhimtang to Goa/Tilje(2300m, 18km, 5/6 hours)
Breakfast and trek downhill for 5/6 hours to Goa or Tilje.
Day 19:Goa/Tilje to Dharapani/Chamje(1410m, 22km, 5/6 hours)
Breakfast and trek down to Chamje and get jeep drive to Besishahar.
Day 20:Chamje to Besishahar and then drive back to Kathmandu
Breakfast and get jeep and bus drive back to Kathmandu.
